MIAMI,, Feb. 3, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- In a release sent earlier under the same headline, please note the removal of "government mandated" and "Servicio de Red" from the second paragraph, as well as other edits. The full corrected release follows:

Telatinos Inc. (Pink Sheets:TLTD), a Latin American IP VoIP service provider, today announced that the Company has entered into a three-year, exclusive licensing and technology transfer agreement for Telatinos subsidiary IPxes Corp to provide IPxes network services and XRF link(R) products to Cuba.

The exclusive licensing agreement enables the licensor to perform sales, service, engineering and maintenance of the products and services applicable under exclusive licensing agreement in Cuba only. The exclusive licensing agreement also stipulates that the Government agencies of Cuba may implement a proprietary firewall system for its IPxes network and XRF link system purchases without divulging the specific modifications to IPxes or Telatinos or the exclusive licensee.

The Company has received $5,000,000 for the exclusive license. The Company will also receive 6.25% of all gross orders received by the exclusive licensor for Cuba for the next three years.
