Dark Dynamite Introduces New Expansions, Antics and Employees

SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 4, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Dark Dynamite's (OTCBB:DDYN) strong and expanding personality required a new face-in the form of a website. The new site, www.darkdynamite.com, with an unexpected mix of high fashion and Wild West, introduces new employees, antics and expansions.

Based on sell-throughs and the general success of the Salt Lake City retail store, Dark Dynamite will open another Black Chandelier store in Seattle. Slated for a March 3rd opening, Black Chandelier Seattle has a prime location at 705B E. Pike Street. To keep build-out costs to a minimum, the store is being constructed as innovative modular systems, which will roll into the retail site on wheels. The wheeled wonders will include shelving, lighting, and a sound system.

After procuring a Utah-based company to produce the unique ceramic, metallic candle vessels, Dark Dynamite recently catapulted into the candle business. The Black Chandelier candle line will debut at L.A. Fashion Week in March 2005. The candle scents have never before been experienced by human senses. Far, far from the common vanillas and cinnamons, Black Chandelier candles, with names like Tiger's Toast and Black Jack Humbug are unexpected scents that combine sublime and homespun in olfactory surrealism.

On February 3rd, Dark Dynamite CEO, Jared Gold, will meet and greet at a press junket in L.A. The event will allow L.A. fashion and financial editors, retail buyers and industry stylists to discuss upcoming collections and to be privy to exciting new projects. Planned in conjunction with em Productions, the press event will be held at Aero & Company in L.A. on this upcoming Thursday evening.

Dark Dynamite, Inc., (OTCBB:DDYN) is a publicly traded company.
