INFe Venture Club Microcap Investor Forum & Company Showcase Set for March 18th in Coral Gables, Florida

Special Topics Geared to Public Microcap Company CEO's Seeking New Funding Strategies

FALLS CHURCH, Va. & MIAMI, Feb. 8, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- The INFe Venture Club, a membership-based organization that brings together accredited investors, high net worth individuals and angel investors with emerging public companies, has scheduled its signature annual event, The Microcap Investor Forum & Company Showcase, for Friday, March 18, 2005 at the opulent Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, Florida.

The Microcap Investor Forum & Company Showcase is especially targeted to publicly-traded microcap company CEO's that seek new sources of funding for their enterprise.

This year's Forum will feature an expert panel entitled "Financing Strategies for Emerging Public Companies" to be moderated by Tom Richfield, president of the INFe Venture Club. Specialists in the legal, accounting, and IR industries already have been selected for the panel to discuss new and innovative strategies to fund emerging public companies trading on the OTC Bulletin Board and Pink Sheets.

In addition, the Forum will feature a morning keynote by Alan L. Jacobs, a leading microcap market expert, and chairman and CEO of Florida-based Capital Growth Financial (CGF). Forum guests also will enjoy the opportunity to interact directly with other microcap company executives, SBIC's, investors and investment banking firms during specially arranged sessions, planned breaks, an elegant luncheon sponsored by CGF at noon, and an open-bar cocktail reception in the evening.

"Every OTC Bulletin Board or Pink Sheet CEO seeking funding needs to participate in this event," said Richfield. "In the time frame of one day, these executives will learn more about innovative financial strategies for capitalizing their company than if they attempted to do so on their own in 12 months."

The Forum has been designed to connect some of the highest-profile, fastest-growing and most promising microcap companies in the country with potential investors from the national investment community. Set at one of the most luxurious and historic hotels in South Florida, the event also will include a daylong exposition of public companies handpicked by the INFe Venture Club Investment Review Committee as well as a series of featured company special presentations.

Following the Forum, attendees will be invited to play a Saturday round of golf coordinated by the INFe Venture Club at the famed Biltmore Championship Golf Course.

"The INFe Venture Club Microcap Investor Forum promises to be one of the year's finest showcases of up-and-coming microcap companies in the country, with phenomenal networking opportunities for investors and company executives alike," said Tony Muratore, microcap market analyst at Gunn Allen Financial. "With an elegant cocktail reception and a round of golf on Saturday, it is the ultimate combination of business and pleasure."

The INFe Venture Club also announced today that the accounting firm of Bagell, Josephs & Company, LLC, and The Wall Street Small Cap Reporter, a leading news source for microcap investors, have signed on as platinum-level sponsors of the event. CGF also has registered as a gold-level sponsor.
