Automotive Specialty Concepts Announces Website Upgrades to Keep Pace with Expanding Online Sales Program

LAS VEGAS, Feb. 8, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Automotive Specialty Concepts (Pink Sheets:AMVS) today announced that the company's website www.esportswheels.com has been upgraded to include additional ordering capabilities to meet its expanding role as an e-commerce portal for the company's specialty automotive product lines.

Automotive Specialty Concepts President Paul Stringer commented, "Our focus was to create an online purchasing environment that provides easier navigation for customers seeking to make purchases of our product lines. Another important motivation for the changes is to support the projected growth in scale of our sales program, and we expect that, at minimum, the ongoing upgrades will facilitate easier navigation to our ordering platform. We also intend to augment the informational content describing the company's unique product lines as customers' buying choices expand."

In the last week, the company has launched two products in its specialty Military Wheel Line, the Marine Corps Wheel and the Navy Wheel. Both are sold in sets of four wheels, consisting of one-size General Motors (GM) wheels and will fit any Hummer or GM Truck. They are currently available for $2,290 including delivery, reduced from the original price of $3,200. The company expects to make additional products available on its website in the coming weeks.
