NEW YORK, Feb. 15, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- BNP Paribas (Pink Sheets:BNPQY) is pleased to announce the appointment of Emily Lu to its Interest Rate Group (IRG) in New York. Emily will also be part of the Greater China bond sales team based in Asia, and will assume coverage of Chinese institutional investors working during the New York session. She will report to Liu Xi, Head of Bond Sales China and locally to Dan O Connor, Director within the Investor Coverage Group.
Emily joins the firm from Fimat USA Inc. where she worked for 2 years in fixed income sales to the Chinese institutional investor client base.
