You know that we are fans of "technical analysis." That's clear from our nightly references to MACD, Stochastics, and RSI. But, did you know what put us "on the map" as a stock-picking site?
Some of you may recall our report about Amazon's stock value from November 29, 2000. Of course, that was back when we were just a year-and-a-half "young." And, we were still called, "MaverickTrader." (One of these days I'll explain the name "MaverickTrader" and why we change to "StockPickReport.")
Now, we turn our attention to Google (Nasdaq:GOOG).
So many people use Google's search portal daily that it has become part of the lexicon of our language to, "google" a subject. That's BIG time. You know you're big when your name MEANS something. Also, the U.S. government is slowly adopting much of Google's technology. From intranet-searches to pinpointing the location of criminals around the world, the U.S. government is finding ways to use Google every day. Seems to us that when you've got "the people" and "the government" on your side, you could have a long and pleasant ride to profitability.
