The new product will be released in 2005.

INFINITE zSERIES will include tools for migrating COBOL, CICS, JCL and tools for recreating MVS/VSE OS/390 and z/OS calls. INFINITE zSERIES will be bundled with INFINITE NET that creates a graphical UI and web-enables the newly migrated application, automatically. Additionally, INFINITE zSERIES will include INFINITE OLAP. INFINITE OLAP is a data warehouse and multi-dimensional data analysis tool. By including this suite of tools, mainframe flat file or hierarchical database environments can migrate the data to a completely relational database environment at the point of migration and integrate with other database environments such as Oracle or SQL.
California Software is a founding member of the Microsoft Midrange Alliance Program aimed at migrating AS/400 iSeries and i5 applications to Windows. With this new announcement, the company has also joined the Microsoft Mainframe Alliance Program and is working with Microsoft to target IBM Mainframe clients seeking to re-host their legacy applications to Windows.
