CNC Releases Latest Production Version Of Its Pyramid Software To St. Jerome's Hotel Dieu Hospital

MONTREAL, Feb. 22, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- CNC Management Services Inc. (Pink Sheets:CNCW) today announced that it has completed its latest production delivery of its Pyramid decision support software to the Hotel-Dieu Hospital of St. Jerome.

Pyramid is a powerful case cost management and decision-support software solution that allows healthcare administrators to track and fully evaluate the detailed direct and indirect costs of clinical and medical activities within and between their institutions.

The implementation program at St. Jerome has involved close collaboration between the hospital and CNC whereby the software, already in wide use across the US, needed to be fully translated, integrated and adapted to the Quebec healthcare system. As a result, St. Jerome is now emerging as a showcase customer in the Quebec healthcare system. Pyramid, which is also being implemented at Montreal's Sacre Coeur Hospital, has created substantial interest across Quebec and Canada, not only as a revolutionary decision-support tool, but as a strategic component to improve overall quality of care in the hospital system.

"Our collaboration with the Hotel-Dieu Hospital of St. Jerome has been invaluable and times perfectly with evolving requirements for reporting and accountability across the healthcare system," added Albert Delmar, CEO of CNC. "With this important reference customer now utilizing the system, requests for demonstrations and information on Pyramid have picked up dramatically."

CNC Management Services Inc. is a holding of Central Network Communications Inc., a public company listed on the Other OTC market under the ticker symbol CNCW. For more information, visit www.cncinc.ca.
