DENVER and LONDON, Feb. 24, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Quantech Electronics Corp. (Pink Sheets:QANT), through its wholly owned subsidiary DimiTel Ltd, has announced today the signing of its agreement with Pozitron Bilgisayer, a Software Distribution and Implementation company in Turkey.
In partnership with YamaTel, a Telecom Marketing and Consultancy Company, Quantech will provide Pozitron with an ITSP (Internet Telephony Service Provider) Solution. Pozitron has agreed to distribute the ITSP telephone adaptors to both consumers and businesses in Turkey.
Quantech offers the ITSP Solution as an all inclusive telephony service that utilizes broadband internet connections and runs alongside or can actually replace an existing phone service. With the advent of ever-improving VoIP voice quality and an increasing adoption of broadband in both homes and businesses Quantech has taken the opportunity to develop its ITSP solution. The service will offer the Turkish market low cost, high quality calls from PCs to both regular and mobile phones anywhere around the world and the service offers the ability to enjoy the privilege of making free phone calls from adaptor to adaptor. Additionally, the service will include the offer to subscribers of incoming phone numbers from Germany, the U.K. and the U.S. as part of the ITSP package.
