Enea Signs a Licensing Agreement with Nokia on OSE Products


TABY, Sweden, March 1, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Enea has signed a new software licensing agreement with Nokia. The multiyear agreement is based on a new royalty-based licensing model and covers the OSE family of products together with related services to be used in Nokia's terminal software platforms.

For Enea this agreement confirms the strategy to focus on OSE. OSE is a world-leading real-time operating system (RTOS) primarily for the telecom industry. Enea provides OSE and related consulting services and support to leading telecom industry client's worldwide. Around half of all telecom radio base stations and 15 percent of all mobile phones in the world have OSE inside.
