(Pink Sheets:TLNO), a Latin American VoIP and communication service provider, today announced the Company has acquired the Level 3 Agreement for its wholly owned subsidiary VoIPlabs Inc. (Nevada) in a stock and cash combination, the initial infrastructure for its U.S. and Canada VoIP infrastructure.
The acquired Level 3 service agreement includes such services as:
-- (3)link(R) Private Line Service; -- (3)Center Co-location; -- (3)Link Cross Connect and Mondo Condo Fiber Link service; -- Online Customer Support Center; -- (3)VoIP Enhanced Local Services; -- HomeTone(R) service.
This initial U.S. infrastructure acquisition enables the Company to enter the U.S. and Canadian markets with branded VoIP services designed for SME (Small and Medium Enterprises).
VoIPLabs Inc (a wholly owned subsidiary) is a newly formed communications and technology company. VoIPlabs serves as the Company's U.S. and Canadian marketing presence.
