Victor Industries Issues Update On Diagnostic Cat Litter

LOS ANGELES, March 2, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Victor Industries, Inc. (OTCBB:VICI) is pleased to update its shareholders on the Company's progress toward the development of the first commercially viable diagnostic cat litter.

As previously announced, Victor Industries has entered into a joint venture with a representative of one of the country's largest chain of pet hospitals to complete the development of a cat litter designed to detect the onset of FUS ( Feline Urinary Syndrome ), a potentially lethal urinary tract disorder which affects 30% of all cats in the U.S. during their lifetime.

The representative of the pet hospital group will be traveling to China this Friday to source the diagnostic component of the litter for Victor Industries.

"The pet hospital's increasing involvement in the development of this unique product is an indication we can expect a significant order from the group as soon as the diagnostic has been shipped to our U.S. blender," said Steve Salzburg, Management Consultant to Victor Industries.

Continuing, Mr. Salzburg said, "Given a choice between our diagnostic litter and other premium commercial litters, I believe the consumer will choose our product in order to ensure the health and well being of their pet. Because of the size and reputation of the chain of pet hospitals we reliably expect their first orders to springboard this product into increasingly expanding markets."
