Sounds 24-7 Seals Alliance Deal with Rental Car Giant Avis

Jasmin Card Holders and Artists to Receive Special Discounts

PHOENIX, March 3, 2005, (PRIMEZONE) -- Sounds 24-7 (Pink Sheets:SDSX), has cemented an alliance with Avis Rent A Car, an Cendant Corporation (NYSE:CD), which will mean discounts and other benefits with Avis for Jasmin card holders and artists listing music with ItsFun.com or other on line, digital music stores affiliated with Sounds 24-7.

Jasmin cards are awarded by touring artists and recording labels, nightclubs and other youth oriented businesses. The cards allow the holders to download one piece of music per day for a year from ItsFun.com, ListenUp.com and CyberRadio.com. Sounds 24-7 officials say they expect 35 to 40 million members over the next 24 months.

Each member, as well as artists listing music on ItsFun, will receive special numbered cards by which they can get discounts of 5 to 10 percent off the already low Avis rates for leisure or vacation travel.

Avis has over 4,800 rental locations in more than 140 countries. Members can also save $50 when enrolling in Avis' Preferred Express Service. They will thus be able to bypass checking in at the counter for their car and, instead, be bussed directly to the car where their rental agreement and keys will await them.

"We feel this is a relationship made in heaven," said C.A. Francois, president of Sounds 24-7. "There is a huge potential among the younger people for travel and to be able to offer them discounts with the premier rental car company, Avis, is just a great opportunity," he added.

Avis company officials were equally enthusiastic about the alliance, predicting a long relationship with Sounds 24-7, ItsFun.com and the Jasmin card holders.
