Alpha Wireless Subsidiary Seamless President Luke Rippy Participated in The Press Conference Regarding a Case Pending Before United States Supreme Court Regarding 'MGM vs. GROKSTER'


HENDERSON, Nev., March 3, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Alpha Wireless Broadband, Inc (OTCBB:AWBI) announced today that its subsidiary Seamless Peer 2 Peer, Inc (Seamless) President, Luke Rippy, presented information as a participant in the news conference held in Washington DC on March 1st, 2005, regarding "MGM vs. GROKSTER" (NYSE:MGM) in a case pending before the U.S. Supreme Court. Seamless was invited to participate in the press conference organized by the digital rights advocacy group, Public Knowledge, (www.publicknowledge.org), as a friend of the court due to its Phenom (patent TM pending) software program. The Phenom software program encrypts Wi-Fi transmissions based upon RSA's government certified 256 bit AES encryption coupled with RSA's Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) for authentication.

Luke Rippy, President of Seamless, brought one of the Seamless clients, NucoreVision, Incorporated, represented by its Chief Technology Officer Darnell L. Washington, to participate in the news conference. Darnell Washington is an information security expert who has fundamental experience in incident response security policy violation enforcement, and threat assessment within corporate network enterprises. His work with new technologies such as TeleportVision, which represents converged technologies, is built upon the foundation of peer to peer communications.
