Omni Alliance Group is currently working on a distribution strategy to open "neighborhood" retail locations and will be offering Radmaxx franchises by the second quarter of this year. Initial marketing of franchises will focus in the southeast United Sates upon the submission of its uniform offering circular (UFOC) with the appropriate state agencies.
