In the episode of MTV "Cribs" featuring Ryan Pinkston, star of "Spy Kids 3D," "Kickin' It" and MTV's "Punked" showed off his Radmaxx Kicker FX and even called it his "Speed Demon." Omni Alliance Group is currently working on a distribution strategy to open "neighborhood" retail locations and will be offering Radmaxx franchises by the second quarter of this year. The Company's goal is to begin offering a variety of PEVs (Personal Electronic Vehicles) through franchised dealers nationwide by 2006. Initial marketing of franchises will focus in the southeast United Sates upon the submission of its uniform offering circular (UFOC) with the appropriate state agencies.
