Atlantis Business Development Corporation Announces a Forward Split of Three-For-One


MIAMI, March 10, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Atlantis Business Development Corporation, Inc. (OTCBB:ATBD) announced today a forward split of three-for-one. A three-for-one stock split means that shareholders will receive two more shares for each Atlantis share they already own. The record date will be March 31, 2005. This split was unanimously approved by the Board of Directors.
