Merger Leads to New Business Direction of Automation and Control for Industry


HADERA, Israel, March 14, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Malers Automation and Control Ltd. ("Malers") today announced the successful completion of the reverse merger with Global Explorations Inc. Malers' management team is now in full control of the new company. The company's trading symbol is (Pink Sheets:GXXL).
