Soleil Film Begins Production of its Feature Film `Say it in Russian'

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., March 15, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Soleil Film, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SFLM) today announced that it has completed the formation of the pre-production team for its feature film "Say it in Russian," and is expected to begin filming by the end of May 2005.

The pre-production team includes Casting Director Rosemary Welden ("The Kiss"), who has cast such A-list talent as Tobey Maguire and Rachael Leigh Cook; and Line Producer Whitney Hunter ("My Vida Loca"), known for the "Nightmare on Elm Street" films.

"We are happy with the team," said Producer Kenneth Eade. "Next, we are proceeding to cast star name talent," he added. The film has been scheduled for a 32-day shoot in Moscow, Paris and Los Angeles, which is currently set to begin on May 30, 2005.

"Say it in Russian" is Soleil Film's third feature motion picture and is directed by award-winning Director Jeff Celentano ("Primary Suspect," "Gunshy"), and to be edited by David Rawlins ("What's Love Got to Do with It?"), the legendary editor of "Saturday Night Fever" and "Urban Cowboy" fame, who edited film legend Sam Peckinpah's last film. Other films in Soleil's library include the docudrama "All That I Need," which has been submitted for consideration at the Cannes Film festival and which will premiere at Cannes in May 2005.

Soleil's unique business model for financing films involves the issuance of company securities to finance its film projects. This gives investors a built-in exit strategy at the moment of their investment, and their investment risk is spread out over the company's entire library.
