eMax Alive Worldwide, Inc. Announces its Board of Directors


SPRINGFIELD, Tenn., March 21, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- eMax Alive Worldwide, Inc., a company partly owned by eMax Holdings Corporation (Pink Sheets:EMXC), announces the appointment of Geraldo Bernard to its Board of Directors. Since the merger of eMax Alive, Inc. into Freedom Entertainment International, Inc., a new Board of Directors was appointed. In addition, the company recently announced the appointment of Jeff Richfield and Francis Nault to the Board of Directors.

Geraldo Bernard

Gerardo Bernard is VP of production and director of eMax Alive Worldwide, Inc. He has senior management expertise in all facets of the entertainment industry. He has over 25 years of experience in music, recording and international TV. He has managed and been closely involved in the careers of such recording artists as Donna Summer, Chaka Kahn and MDO. While working with Casablanca Records, he participated in the marketing successes of Kiss and the Village People. His most recent production featured Alan Jackson and Leann Womack at the Bristol Motor Speedway in Bristol, TN. While president of the Home Shopping Network's Latin America and Caribbean division, he developed a new programming format in Spanish for Home Shopping Network.

In January, eMax Alive announced it had appointed Francis Nault as a Director and its official agent for scouting new talent in Canada for eMax. Francis Nault will be responsible for locating singers, songwriters, actors and models looking to explore their careers further in the U.S. eMax is in pre-production of several new TV shows and looking for new talent to cast in the new projects.

Francis speaks English and French, and has extensive background in artist management and event production and promotions. Mr. Nault has produced the American Motorcycle Association (AMA), endorsed Dragfest in Montreal, and has been very involved with Motorcycle Drag Racing sports for over 15 years. Mr. Nault has hosted the American Television show "Born to Ride," viewed by 8 million households, and has been featured in over 30 magazines worldwide. Mr. Nault has made over a dozen TV appearances.

Jeff Richfield, recently added to the board of directors of eMax Alive Worldwide, Inc., is an author, a songwriter and has a passion for prayer and serving the poor (www.provisioninternational.com). Presently, he serves as Director engaged with building a 70-acre camp, called Eagles Landing, for youth to equip and train the next generation of leaders. He is also spearheading the effort to establish Worship City House of Prayer (www.worshipcityhop.org) in the city of Nashville, TN. He is also founder of Kingdom Partners International (www.kingdom-partners.org) which helps fund 501c3s and promote their missions.
