NetMusic Successfully Completes Video On Demand Event, Announces Full VOD Offering Launching May 15th

SEATTLE, March 21, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- On March 16th, NetMusic Entertainment Corporation (Pink Sheets:NTMT) successfully hosted an exclusive online viewing of the previously unreleased movie "Dead Girl", staring Val Kilmer and Amanda Plummer, as a sneak preview of its upcoming video on demand service. The company has been licensing video content, including full-length feature films, for the last several months and is slated to begin offering a video on demand service to the public on May 15th, 2005.

"The "Dead Girl" event was a great success for us in that it proves there is a solid market for video on demand content," says Glen Starchman, NetMusic's CEO. "We learned that 87% of our users have some form of broadband connectivity and that 80% use Microsoft's Windows Media Player as their preferred video viewing program. These numbers are extremely encouraging and fall right in line with our video on demand initiative. We have proven that people are hungry for video content both in and outside of the mainstream."

NetMusic Entertainment's VOD service will comprise a large selection of music videos, archival footage, independent films, television shows, and feature films. The company has not officially released pricing for the service but COO Michael Lewison promises that it will be "an extremely compelling service for an extremely compelling price."
