The proceeds will be used to expand the Cooper Home in Apple Valley, CA, that provides a safe haven for children-at-risk who have been severely abused and/or neglected.

The mounted shooting competition will be a World Points match and is expected to attract the best shooters from across the nation and around the world in the fast-growing sports of cowboy action shooting and cowboy mounted shooting.

The Old West festival will bring together hundreds of colorful sutlers, vendors, drummers and merchants and will provide a full schedule of entertainment including "The Greatest Wild West Show Since the Days of Buffalo Bill," live Western music, cowboy poetry, historical reenactments, stunt shows, stagecoach, horseback and pony rides, crafts and games for the kids.
