EMS Technologies Showcasing Power Combining, DVB-RCS and High-Speed Data Applications at Satellite 2005

WASHINGTON, March 23, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Satellite 2005, Booth No. 635 -- EMS Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:ELMG) announced today that four divisions are demonstrating broadband, space and mobile Satcom solutions this week during Satellite 2005.

EMS's Defense & Space Systems division (formerly Space & Technology/Atlanta) is highlighting its military space technology, including the nulling antenna beam-forming network for the U.S. Department of Defense's Advanced EHF spacecraft. D&SS will also exhibit broadband military switch matrices and important dual-use technologies such as space-qualified high-power microwave- combiner networks. Three other EMS divisions will be represented as well. EMS's Space & Technology/Montreal division will showcase the latest technology developments in commercial space communications, remote sensing and space science payloads and technologies. EMS Satellite Networks will feature continuous live demonstrations of its DVB-RCS two-way satellite system. EMS SATCOM will demonstrate its eNfusion Broadband product (HSD) and Storm terminal.
