Emerging Creative Media, Inc. Denies Authorization of Promotional Fax Communication to the General Public


ORLANDO, Fla., March 28, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Mark Astrom, President and CEO of Emerging Creative Media Inc. (Pink Sheets:EGCM), learned today that Wall Street Investor Alert has issued a promotional fax document discussing Emerging Creative Media and attributing statements concerning the company to him. According to Astrom and Emerging Creative Media board members, the company had no involvement in the creation or dissemination of this document.

"The company in no way, shape or form, has ever, or will ever, engage in the mass distribution of faxes to the general public for promotional purposes," Astrom said. "We are currently working to identify the party responsible for this communication entitled "WSIA" and intend to pursue all legal remedies upon learning their identity."

The company urges recipients of these unauthorized fax communications to immediately contact the sender and request removal from their database. Furthermore, the information in the fax blasts is not reliable as it has not been reviewed by or approved by the Company and the investor public should beware of such unauthorized unsolicited communications.
