The Size and Significant of the Agreements Relate Directly to Substantial Revenues

TORONTO, March 29, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Produce Safety and Security International Inc., the 'Company,' or (Pink Sheets:PDSS) is pleased to elaborate on the agreement for delivery of Ozone equipment and an Ozone Truck Washer to Red Hawk Farming & Cooling LLC, located in Picacho, Arizona. The agreement was negotiated between Mr. Jack Dixon, President of Red Hawk Farming & Cooling LLC and "Bill" Clarence W. Karney, President & CEO of PDSS.

The agreement provides for PDSS to supply Red Hawk Farming & Cooling with Ozone Equipment for sales to all four of the Red Hawk locations. Since Red Hawk Farming & Cooling intends to have Ozone units at each location, the agreement will be for a total of 8 units. Red Hawk ships over 200 million pounds of melons from four locations, translating to 5,000 trailer loads for potential ozone washes.

The joint operation between PDSS and Red Hawk will be the first distribution center for Food Safe Produce under a private label. This distribution center will be located in Picachio, Arizona and will be a profit center generating initial revenues of $400,000 per month to $3 million dollars per month as the operation progresses.

Additionally, C.W. Karney, President & CEO of PDSS stated, "PDSS's biodegradable fruit trays will also be manufactured at this facility for the client base area of Mexico, Arizona, California, Chile and Texas." Red Hawk and PDSS have agreed to provide a Private Food Safe Brand for distribution to the retail chain stores.

Biodegradable Fruit Trays are another profit center. C.W. Karney, President & CEO of PDSS has this equipment and inventory in operation at the Picachio Distribution Center. This is a food safe product and will generate initial revenues of over $50,000 per month to over $200,000 per month once in full operation.

Whitewater Ozone Patented Process has certification documentation from the USDA/FSIS and OSHA REGS. The Company believes that its programs, systems and proposed distribution centers in the marketplace are second to none.
