MIAMI, April 5, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Atlantis Business Development Corporation, Inc. (OTCBB:ATBD) today submitted a letter to the NASD for the forward split effective April 8th, 2005. Atlantis recently changed the forward split record date from March 31st, 2005 to April 8th, 2005. The submission of the letter was done by signature stock transfer, Atlantis Business Development Corp.'s transfer agent. Atlantis's board of directors is assured that this record date will stay effective and will not change.
