NetMusic Announces Partnership With IMC and the Creation of the Ultimate NetMusic Consortium


SEATTLE, April 5, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- NetMusic Entertainment Corporation (Pink Sheets:NTMT) announces today its partnership with IMC (Internet Marketing Consortium). After an extensive meeting with Beryl Wolk, founder of IMC, Michael Lewison, Pres. & COO and Jeff Falus, CFO of NetMusic recognize the propitious opportunities the joint venture can yield, specifically, the creation of the Ultimate NetMusic Consortium.
