Friendly Energy Subsidiary Signs for Prospect Development Agreement


CARSON CITY, Nev., April 6, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Friendly Energy Corporation (Pink Sheets:FDEG) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Friendly Energy Services Inc. has entered into a letter agreement with Mr. Ray Suhm of Oklahoma. Mr. Suhm has nearly 40 years of experience as a geologist and geophysicist.
