RIDGELAND, Miss., April 12, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Knobias, Inc. (OTCBB:KNBS) today announced the cancellation of the Standby Equity Distribution Agreement dated November 15, 2004 with Cornell Capital Partners, LP. "Knobias sought the termination of the SEDA as a part of Knobias' efforts to obtain more favorable long term financing for its future needs," stated Key Ramsey, Knobias CEO. "Knobias appreciates the participation of Cornell in its previous financing," continued Mr. Ramsey.
