Designed to assist customers in using PracticeXpert's software products most efficiently, the Knowledge Base features basic and advanced search options, as well as article downloads, links to related articles, and links to third-party websites addressing related topics.

Users of the Knowledge Base will find a simple, easy to use interface that allows them to search for a variety of desired topics using keywords. Once an article has been selected, the Knowledge Base then often points to additional support information including PDF and Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and audio files.

Articles can be easily printed and/or e-mailed to additional users, and all articles can be commented on and rated, enhancing the usefulness of the Knowledge Base. In addition, the unique Ask a Question! link allows users to get answers to their questions directly from a PracticeXpert support analyst.
