California Software to Provide SOA Technology to Seychelles Call Center

SMB Seychelles Marketing Board Acquires INFINITE NET From California Software

SAN CLEMENTE, Calif., April 14, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- California Software Corporation (Pink Sheets:CSWX), a leader in legacy extension, business intelligence and loan production software for banks, credit unions and consumer lending institutions and developer of the INFINITE product line, announced today it has been awarded a contract with the Seychelles Marketing Board for its INFINITE NET product family.

Following the standardization on California Software INFINITE NET for future strategic development and infrastructure integration, the first program to be undertaken by SMB will be to integrate the Board's call center with the backend systems. This represents a fundamental business process integration problem. The main challenge will be to develop more than 20 workflows, which will manage the call center agents' work and connect these with the back-end services. Here, the team will use the web services functionality of California Software INFINITE NET to develop the processes as secure web services, allowing the call center workflows to be accessed via well-defined web services interfaces.

"Call Center and multiple-system integration are things that many of our SOA-oriented clients are calling for. The technical capabilities of INFINITE NET far exceed those of competitive products and are implemented much easier," said Carol Conway.
