DeMarco Energy Systems of America, Inc. Appoints Board of Advisors


OXFORD, Miss., April 15, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- DeMarco Energy Systems of America (Pink Sheets:DMES) announced that it has appointed a new Board of Advisors. The Advisory Board shall focus efforts to promote the company's technology, initiate key alliances and trade partner agreements, and provide strategic advice on energy-conservation industry initiatives. The Board will initially consist of three members, eventually expanding into a 5-member panel. This Board is a direct result of the Company's recent Industry Summit meetings in New York. At these meetings, the Company formed new alliances and created new avenues for the sales and distribution of its technology.

The Board of Advisors consists of the following individuals:

John Reis, PE, LEED: Mr. Reis has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo, is a Licensed Professional Engineer in New York and New Jersey, as well as LEED Accredited with the United States Green Building Council (USGBC). Mr. Reis has about 20 years experience in building design and construction industry, as a consulting engineer for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other building systems. Currently, Mr. Reis heads the HVAC Department of a full-service architecture / engineering consulting firm.

David Husravi, Architect, STV: Mr. Husravi has proven experience in the area of architectural design for new construction and renovation projects encompassing rail, educational, residential, military, and commercial facilities country wide. He is skilled in the coordination of various technical disciplines for all stages of design development.
