Bilia has signed an agreement involving the sale of a truck dealership in Herlev, Copenhagen, Bilia does not run any operations of its own in this property, which is not part of the company's core operations.
The facility, which has an area of approximately 4,100 m2, will not be rented from 1 August 2005.
Bilia's capital gain on the sale is around SEK 9 million before tax. The sales price is far higher than the internal valuation which was made in 2004.
Access to the property will be available from 1 August 2005.
