(OTCBB:BIKOE) reported that it has submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission an extension for filing its annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2004. It anticipates filing the report by May 15, 2005, at which time the "E" on its trading symbol will be removed. The company said that due to the merger, recent restructuring, and complexity associated with accounting changes, additional time was needed. All financial records have been submitted to the company's accountants, who are working on completion of the audit.
