The result is A Taste of the World, a cookbook teeming with savory sauces, soups, vegetables and main dishes. Segurson's distinct style is reflected in his trademark dishes, such as Tuna Wellington with a Roasted Garlic Dill Sauce, Pecan Encrusted Chicken With a Red Bell Pepper Shallot Sauce, English Style Potatoes With Pears, and Grilled Shrimp With a Walnut Pesto.
