Jean Olsen, owner of Abundance Enterprises of Sarasota and a Florida-licensed massage therapist since 1995, has developed the kit in the past seven years.

The Headache Free Kit contains five items. The 70-minute instructional video shows step-by-step massage techniques and range-of-motion stretches that reduce pain. A manual contains researched tips and further illustrates massage techniques and range-of-motion stretches. The Thumbsaver is designed for applying deep pressure with little effort. An aromatherapy bottle of blended essential oils is formulated especially for the treatment of headaches. Essential oils of lavender, peppermint, grapefruit and helichrysium are based in sunflower oil. The Gel Pack can be used hot or cold at the onset or during a headache episode. The Tips section of the manual explains how to use the gel pack.
