Mediware's Fiscal 2005 Third Quarter Results Scheduled for May 4th

(Nasdaq:MEDW) will release financial results for its 2005 fiscal year third quarter ended March 31, 2005 on Wednesday, May 4, 2005. The company said revenue for the third quarter reached record levels. Late in the quarter the Medication Management Division achieved referenceability on its MediMAR product. Good progress is being made in the migration of blood bank division customers to the company's new HCLL(TM) Transfusion system, the company reported. The company also said the quarter and near term results will continue to be affected by the transition costs along with costs associated with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. The company remains pleased with customer interest in its new products.
