The company is now prepared to receive XML data directly from insurance carriers into Agent Intelligence. Direct feeds will allow AI users to have up to date policy status information directly from the carriers and save the administration work necessary to update policies within Agent Intelligence.

The addition of data feeds into the Agent Intelligence product will greatly reduce administration cost and time. The company is currently speaking to carriers in regards to obtaining direct XML data feeds. Database Solutions is looking to obtain feeds directly from the carriers and through our existing clients.
