Knobias, Inc. Launches the New Small-Cap ClipReport

Proprietary Report Adds Value to Issuer Services Program

RIDGELAND, Miss., May 5, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Knobias, Inc. (OTCBB:KNBS) today announced the formal launch of the Knobias Small-Cap "ClipReport." The "ClipReport" is daily newsletter distributed FREE to anyone interested in proprietary news and insight concerning small-, micro- and nano-cap stocks. The information contained in the newsletter will be focused on U.S. stocks that trade "over-the-counter" or on AMEX and with market capitalization of less than $250M. The daily PDF document will include a new feature called the SPOT, which highlights one new small-cap stock each week.

Each morning, the newsletter will also feature: proprietary top stories; news gainers and decliners; bullet points (financings, earnings, newly announced contracts, clinical trial, etc.); after-hours headlines and strong closers, daily commentary sections from Knobias writers (Week Ahead, Insider Trading, Sector Buzz, Deal Day and Free-Form Friday); corporate events, symbol/name changes, symbol additions/deletions, regulation "SHO" threshold stocks; and many other features.

"There has never been a free newsletter distributed to the investing public that has this type of actionable, yet completely unbiased, information covering small-cap stocks," stated Knobias CEO, Key Ramsey. "We have gained a reputation in the small-cap space for having objective, accurate and actionable data. This report allows ALL investors to have small-cap coverage consolidated in one place daily," continued Ramsey. The 'ClipReport' will be distributed to Knobias customers directly and to the investing community at large via many distribution channel partners. "The value that the 'ClipReport' brings to a publicly traded company contracted with Knobias' Issuer Services program is tremendous. We have developed platforms, databases and tools for the previous six years to support transparency in the small-cap space and I envision the 'ClipReport' as being one of our top products supporting this mission," stated Ramsey.

"The 'SPOT' is one of the most exciting sections of the 'ClipReport'," says Knobias COO, Greg Ballard. "It has taken Knobias many years to develop our stellar reputation for complete objectivity within the small-cap space. In helping bring transparency to this under-served marketplace, Knobias will independently feature one company per week in the 'SPOT'", stated Ballard. Knobias' staff will diligently search its database for companies they feel have good fundamentals, interesting technicals, proven management and who appear undervalued. Ballard added, "Contrary to popular opinion, there are some great micro-cap companies out there and we intend to spotlight them without bias or material interest. It is very important for the investing public to understand that this is not a 'stock-pick' and no company can pay to be highlighted in this space." The first 'SPOT' highlight will be released Monday, May 9, 2005.
