Turn One-page Business Strategies into tangible Results! -- New Book Offers Innovation and Guidance to the business Pragmatic

BONITA SPRINGS, Fla., May 5, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- The key to success in today's fast-company age is the ability to instantly turn one-page strategies and concepts into tangible results. But oftentimes things are easier said than done. Chris Stern, senior lecturer at the St. Gallen Business School and principal of the Institute for Efficient Management, translates the comprehensive and complex theories of business into a solid roadmap to profitability in his new book Total Customer Focus.

Business is simple but a lot factors can make it complicated-theories, technology, managers, and even consultants. Total Customer Focus untangles all of the business strategies and axioms and simplifies them. Through his experience and knowledge, Stern has discovered that only eight simple rules of customer focus make or break the success of organizations. These rules comprise the eight chapters of his concise guide for the pragmatic business person. The book touches on product competitiveness and profitability, market assessment, strategy planning and execution, and even organization simplicity and efficiency.

Bold and straightforward in his statements, Chris Stern dares to address his topics head on. Real-life examples underlining the learning experience are manifold and the whole book is an enjoyable reading with lots of helpful illustrations. Dr. Guenther Pipp, president of the MAB Education Group commended the book saying, "This book is great! Good summary, excellent content, easy to read and digest." Oliver Czoik, the global strategic account manager for the Balkhausen division of the Brady Corporation said, "Total Customer Focus is and will be my daily reference book for my international business responsibilities." And Phil Goodman, president of Boehme Filatex, Inc., said this about Total Customer Focus: "Excellent book. I enjoyed it very much and will pass it around in our sales force."
