NetMusic Entertainment to be Premier Sponsor of Major Summer Concert Series; Showcases Ultimate Jukebox


SEATTLE, May 9, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- NetMusic Entertainment Corporation (Pink Sheets:NTMT) related today that it has finalized an agreement with Glass Palace LLC to be a premier sponsor for the DTE Energy Music Theater and Meadow Brook Music Festival for the entire 2005 summer season. The DTE Music Theater was the No. 1 outdoor amphitheater in the country in 2004 and together with Meadow Brook will host over 1,000,000 fans over the course of the season.

The event is the first of many opportunities to press the flesh with existing and new customers. NetMusic has long noticed the intersection of its customer base and attendees of music festivals and now plans an aggressive program of positioning the company's products and services directly in front of these consumers.

In addition, NetMusic will be demonstrating its newest "Ultimate JukeBox" prototype, a system encompassing not only traditional jukebox features, but the additions of music promotion and direct sales capabilities.

As a special feature, the company will also unveil the newly commissioned NetMusic Motorcycle designed and fabricated by Motor City Mean Machines. This custom built Chopper, similar to those featured in a number of television programs, has a music theme and a sound system beyond any seen in traditional motorcycles.
