CNC Telecom Announces the Signature of an Exclusive Distribution Contract

MONTREAL, May 10, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- CNC Telecom, a division of CNC (Pink Sheets:CNCW), announced the signature of an exclusive contract for the distribution of calling cards throughout Canada. This agreement allows the company to enter the lucrative market for long-distance pre-paid services, estimated at over $100 million a year in Canada including $40 million in Quebec alone excluding pre-paid cellular products.

In addition to specialized-country calling cards, CNC Telecom is also selling private label corporate and sponsored calling cards. The Company has already entered into several agreements and is expected to generate sales of $50,000 in May and double this amount each month over the next three-month period. CNC Telecom forecasts $5 to 10 million sales by the end of the first year.

Mr. Armand Ohayon, Vice President Sales of CNC Telecom, announced: "We will also be launching commercial and residential long-distance services in June, to complement our existing range of products. This sector is experiencing large growth in North America which is considered a very lucrative market by industry experts." Mr. Armand Ohayon also highlighted the large potential outside Canada where CNC Telecom has already signed agreements to export its calling cards to countries with great potential since the calling card market there is largely undeveloped.

Mr. Armand Ohayon, has 20 years of solid experience in wireless communication including ten years in the pre-paid telecommunication business with companies such as Bell Mobility and Rogers Communications. Mr. Ohayon has also distributed Bell Canada's pre-paid products in Quebec and was the co-founder and vice president of a distribution company for pre-paid products in Quebec with annual sales exceeding $45 million.

CNC Telecom is a holding of Central Network Communications, Inc., a public company listed on the OTC Other market under the ticker symbol CNCW. For more information, visit www.cncinc.ca.
