Big Apple Wallcovering, Inc.'s New Technology, 'No More Books' Campaign is a Hit at HD Expo in Las Vegas


NEW YORK, May 10, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Corporate Mortgage Solutions, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CMSI) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Big Apple Wallcovering's new technology to create designer friendly web and CD's to display its wallcovering and fabric line was received with universal praise at the Hospitality Design Expo 05 May 5-7, 2005 at the Sands Expo Hall in Las Vegas, NV. Big Apple Wallcovering is the first in the industry to create the high tech method with the motto, "No More Books(tm)". All wallcovering and coordinated fabrics was viewed on computers and plasma screens and featured former Playboy and current Budweiser Model, Mandy Ashford.

Even competitors praised Big Apple on the technology stating "We hope it works; this will save us a fortune."

Big Apple estimates that the wallcovering industry will save millions of dollars of cost by adapting this new program.
