Northrop Grumman to Conduct Annual Shareholders Meeting


LOS ANGELES - May 11, 2005 - Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) will conduct its annual shareholders meeting on Tuesday May 17, 2005. The meeting, which includes a presentation by Ronald D.
