Nevada Gold Announces Colorado Grande's Shelly Brunn To Be Interim General Manager


HOUSTON and COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., May 11, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Nevada Gold & Casinos, Inc. (AMEX:UWN) today announced that it will appoint Shelly Brunn, current Director of Finance, as Interim General Manager of Colorado Grande Casino. Robert Jeffries, prior General Manager, resigned effective May 8, 2005. Ms. Brunn has been with the Colorado Grande since 1999. Assisting Ms. Brunn through this transition period will be Barry Morris, from the Nevada Gold Corporate Office. Mr. Morris has held executive leadership positions with both Grand Casinos and Caesars Entertainment. His role will be to assist Shelly in the day to day operation of Colorado Grande.
