KIRYAT BIALIK, Israel and LAS VEGAS, May 16, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Integrated Software Development Ltd. (ISD) (Pink Sheets:ITWJ), a provider of enterprise software aimed at small and medium-size enterprises, today announced that it signed an agreement with Amin General Security Ltd. for the sale of BENEFIT.
The sale to Amin gives ISD entry into a large new vertical market. Home, office and industry security systems are usually installed and maintained by the same company, with a lot of equipment under management per home or office. ISD's BENEFIT will provide the interface that Amin requires to properly manage and track their installed base of systems.
Amin is one of Israel's largest suppliers of smoke detectors, overhead sprinkler systems and fire extinguishers. Established in 1986, the company installs and maintains these systems nationwide, with a very large and growing customer base, including department stores, shopping malls, foreign consulates, factories, warehouses and dormitories. "As Amin grew, they began looking for a management system that would grow with them," notes ISD's CEO, Moti Maram. "They will find the transition over to BENEFIT to be beyond their expectations."
Amin develops its own smoke and fire detector systems and automated fire extinguisher systems for homes, office buildings and industry. In addition, the company's service technicians work with all brands of systems, giving them a clear advantage over their competitors. "Having to maintain and service so much equipment without a proper management system was bottlenecking their operations," continues Maram. "BENEFIT offers Amin proven capabilities to streamline their tracking functions and better service their customers. This installation gives ISD solid proof of performance in a high-growth industry and we hope to leverage this in approaching other players in the industry."
