TORONTO, May 18, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Board of Directors of Sunburst Alliance Inc. (Pink Sheets:SBST) is pleased to announce the appointment of new members to the Board.
Mr. David Lewis, Stouffville, Ontario has become a Director and replaces Mr. Steven Holcomb as President.
Mr. Lewis served as Vice President of Spatter Shield, North America from 2000 to 2005 increasing revenues from $1.3 million to $3 million in one year. Prior to joining Spatter Shield, Mr. Lewis was a partner in Seabrook Marketing, President and CEO of Pentland Canada Inc. and President of Reebok Canada. Mr. Lewis holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Royal Military College and is a seasoned sales and marketing professional.
Mr. Tom Hall of Brampton, Ontario has also joined the Board and will serve as Secretary Treasurer replacing Charleen Brown. Mr. Hall served as Vice President, Technology and Executive Vice President, of musicmusicmusic Inc., a publicly traded company. With Mr. Hall's expertise, the Company enjoyed an increase in annual sales from $3.2 million to $5 million in one year. The Company was a licensed Webcaster of music in America by the RIAA. Tom Hall brings 15 years of sales and development experience in the Technology Sector.
