Denarris Lands Major Distribution Deal with Digital Musicworks International

Agreement Secures the Availability of the Singer-Songwriter's Smooth Jazz/Neo-Soul CD Through Digital Music Channels Worldwide


TORRANCE, Calif., May 18, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Denarris Music announces that the singer-songwriter has secured a distribution deal with Digital Musicworks International (DMI), making his debut smooth jazz/neo-soul CD "Songs From the Heart Part 1" immediately available for purchase and download by music fans across the globe.

Denarris explained, "To me, the distribution agreement is a win-win contract for both parties. As a writer and an artist, it allows me the creative freedom that I've always wanted."

Denarris' sensational debut CD is comprised of nine songs (eight tracks plus a radio re-mix). "Songs From the Heart Part 1" has received notoriety and public attention including an award nomination, winning a songwriting competition, compilation CD placement, domestic and international radio airplay as well as chart status.

The agreement with DMI releases the CD for digital distribution, eventually making it available in over 125 digital stores in 30 countries worldwide. These distribution channels include such major online retailers as Apple iTunes (representing approximately 70 percent of the global music market), Napster, Real Music Store, Microsoft MSN Music Store and many others. Denarris' CD "Songs From the Heart Part 1" is currently available from Apple iTunes in the R&B/Soul category.

Born and raised in Joliet, Illinois, 40 miles south of Chicago, Denarris grew up at the crossroads of East and West Coast sensibilities and was exposed to many different styles of music.
