Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern Pennsylvania Welcomes New Marketing & Communications Director, Two Staff Members


PHILADELPHIA, May 19, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern Pennsylvania (BFTP/SEP) is pleased to announce the addition of Samuel W. Pressley, Sunil Odak, and Elaine Fulton to its staff.

Samuel W. Pressley--Director of Marketing & Communications

Pressley brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing and public relations to his position as Director of Marketing & Communications, with a focus on positioning companies and their corporate brands in the marketplace; coordinating major media campaigns and crisis management; developing advertisements; creating and editing news publications, Web sites and other marketing vehicles. Previously, Pressley served as the Director of Marketing & Communications for Lincoln University in Pennsylvania. Pressley is a Master of Science degree candidate in Organizational Development and Leadership at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in journalism and communications at Temple University.

Sunil Odak--Technology Commercialization Program Coordinator

Odak brings a strong business and technical background to his position as technology commercialization program coordinator, with close to 14 years of industrial experience spanning manufacturing, power generation (hydro and thermal), and Computer Systems Consulting. Odak earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, India. He is presently completing his MBA in Finance and MIS from the Bennett S. LeBow College of Business, Drexel University.

Elaine Fulton--Receptionist

Fulton brings her high organizational skills and keen attention to detail to her position as receptionist. As such, she will assist in the day-to-day function of the organization, including preparing meeting materials, assisting staff members, and greeting guests. Fulton previously worked at Independence Blue Cross as an accounting assistant.
