-- Simple means for users to run Windows on Linux
-- Users may run a protected Windows environment

PENNSAUKEN, N.J., May 23, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Technalign, Inc. has started shipments of TaHotFusion MEPIS Linux Version XI combined with Win4Lin and Versora Progression Desktop, allowing users to run Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP on Linux. The new fused bundles allow a painless transition from Windows to TaFusion MEPIS Linux, reducing retraining costs and leveraging customers existing software investments. The fused bundle also allows customers and corporations to concentrate on software lifecycle and not the operating system vendor.

TaFusion MEPIS Linux Version XI is designed to be a simple transition version of Linux for Windows users. With the combination of Win4Lin and Versora in a Hot Fused product bundle, customers and companies can now save their current investment of software while running securely in a Linux environment. Individuals running Windows 95/98/ME can run TaHotFusion HOME while individuals or companies running Windows 2000/XP can use one of two other offerings.

Corporate licensing is being offered at an attractive pricing structure for SOHOs as well as large corporations. The new pricing structure is meant to allow corporations an easy and simplified method of running terminal services combined with TaFusion SimplyServer and the Business Enterprise Server. Versora site licenses will be offered from SOHO to Enterprise as well as TaFusion SimplyMEPIS and MEPIS PRO Linux. An example of an all-inclusive SOHO TaHotFusion offering includes SimplyServer, 5 Versora licenses, 5 Win4Lin Terminal Server licenses and 5 TaFusion SimplyMEPIS Linux desktop licenses.

The Versora Progression Desktop is included with all TaHotFusion products allowing users to backup their Windows systems from files and directories to mail and address books, creating a simple transition from their current Windows system.

Dianne Ursini, CEO of Technalign, Inc. said, "The new partnership continues Technalign's commitment to providing customers with a complete fused solution in a single box. With Versora and Win4Lin combined in a single, attractively priced package with TaFusion MEPIS Linux, customers can now transition from Windows easily."

Mark Hinkle, VP of Business Development for Win4Lin explained that the partnership brings a new level of commitment on the part of Technalign. "This new relationship brings about the best of Linux with the ability of a customer to leverage their current software investment on Windows."
