Telelogic Signs 2.25 MUSD Contract With Leading U.S. Provider of Aviation Electronics

Customer Extends the Usage of Telelogic DOORS and Introduces Licenses for the Newly Acquired Focal Point Product

MALMO, Sweden, May 26, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Telelogic, (Stockholm Exchange:TLOG), the leading global provider of solutions for advanced systems and software development, today announced that it has signed a 2.25 MUSD license and maintenance agreement with a leading U.S. provider of aviation electronics.

The four year agreement includes licenses for Telelogic's requirements management solution Telelogic DOORS(r). The organization has already adopted DOORS as the company standard for requirements management. The new agreement also includes a number of licenses for the recently acquired product Focal Point, a product for requirements analysis (1).

"The customer was facing the challenge of handling the requirements from multiple demanding aerospace customers. Based on Telelogic's previous success with DOORS, the customer chose to continue with a proven concept," says Anders Lidbeck, President and CEO of Telelogic. "The decision to introduce Focal Point to the organization is very pleasing. It's a product with a strong position in the Nordic region that has great potential of becoming the world leader in requirements analysis, just as DOORS is the world leader in requirements management. These two products provide the perfect match for any customer engaged in advanced software and systems development."

1) The acquisition of Focal Point has not yet been finalized due to an ongoing tender offer. Telelogic has communicated, based on the number of shareholders having accepted the deal, that the offer will be completed. Meanwhile, Telelogic has the right to sell Focal Point via its global sales and marketing organization.
